NATURAL ANTIBIOTICS AND ANTIVIRALS
Pharmaceutical antibiotics have become more of a hinderance in today's world, than they are a help. If you’ve ever struggled with cystic acne, then you’ve more than likely taken prescription antibiotics at some point before the acne ever started. That’s because cystic acne is caused by strep and strep only gets stronger with the use of pharmaceutical antibiotics.
While pharmaceutical antibiotics wipe out the bad bacteria, they also wipe out the good bacteria (our immune systems) along with it. After finishing a round of chemical antibiotics our bodies are left defenseless, creating the perfect environment for pathogens to easily proliferate and leading to a whole host of chronic health issues. Not to mention, bacteria are becoming resistant to these synthetic antibiotics, creating "superbugs". Drug resistance is now considered to be one of the leading causes of death in the United States. According to the National Institutes of Health, more than 70,000 people die each year from it.
Then there is the issue of physicians overprescribing and misprescribing antibiotics for viral related illnesses. Experts estimate, that in the United States alone, doctors write 50 million antibiotic prescriptions a year to treat disease that is actually caused by viruses.
So what’s the answer? Go back to basics. Sometimes the simplest things are the most effective.
Mother Nature has provided us with an abundance of healing plants and herbs that far supersede anything that's ever been created in a lab. These natural herbal antibiotics and antivirals go above and beyond just killing pathogens. They provide us with vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants and incredible healing properties that manmade, synthetic medicine simply cannot come close to. Many of them can also kill off multiple types of pathogens, acting as an antibiotic, antiviral, anti-fungal, anti-mold and anti-parasitic all in one. And they do this without harming beneficial bacteria. Not to mention bacteria and viruses cannot become resistant to plant medicine.
While there are too many natural antibiotics and antivirals to include in one blog post, I've put together a fairly comprehensive guide of powerful herbs, foods, essential oils and supplements, that will stop bacteria and viruses in their tracks.
Cat's Claw: Antiviral, Antibacterial, Anti-fungal, Anti-parasitic, Anti-Cancer, Anti-Tumor
Native to the Amazonian rainforest of South and Central America, the Inca people have relied on the bark of this tropical vine for thousands of years to produce natural medicines. The native Ashaninka people of Peru refer to this supernatural plant as a “gift from the gods”. Biochemists attribute its miraculous healing benefits to the indole and oxindole alkaloids, polyphenols and terpenoids which protect the plant from bacteria, fungi, and viruses so prevalent in the humid rainforest.
Aside from its powerful pathogen fighting abilities, cats claw can improve overall immune function by up to 60 percent. It also has the incredible ability to repair DNA damage left by pathogens and the inflammation that they create. Anthony William, the Medical Medium, says that “cats claws is one of the most powerful resources for reversing the epidemic of chronic and mystery illness in the 21st century.” He says that science has yet to discover that the herb contains bioactive pharma-compounds that supersede synthetic pharmaceuticals and that pathogens such as bacteria cannot become resistant to it, as they can with antibiotics. He says that eventually medical research will discover a group of antiviral adaptogens and scientists will realize that cats claw is at the top of that list. William also says that the herb has the unique ability to eliminate pathogens without causing a Herxheimer die-off reaction. This is because the “bioactive pharma-compounds in the herb regulate the destruction of pathogens so that its at a level the individual person can tolerate”.
Cat's claw has been proven effective in fighting strep (which is the cause of cystic acne, bacterial vaginosis, urinary tract infections, SIBO, sinus pain and congestion, otitis media, intestinal disorders, sore throats, styes and more). It's also fantastic for knocking out other bacteria such as E. coli, C. difficile and Bartonella. William says that parasites such as babesia cannot stand the wrath of cats claw. It’s also a powerful ally when it comes eradicating viruses like Epstein-Barr virus which is the cause behind Lyme’s disease, chronic fatigue syndrome and so many other mystery illnesses.
Cat's claw is also a powerful cancer and tumor fighter. This is because most cancers and tumors are caused by viruses such as Epstein-Barr virus. To understand more about the true cause of cancers, check out the chapter on Liver Cancer in Medical Medium Liver Rescue.
Note: Cat's claw has a mild contraceptive effect and should not be taken if you are pregnant or trying to conceive.
Chaga: Antiviral, Antibacterial, Anti-Fungal, Anti-Yeast, Anti-Cancer, Anti-Tumor Anti-Parasite
Chaga, also known as a “gift of God” in Korea, is an extremely powerful medicinal mushroom (actually pre-mushroom growth) that grows on birch trees in colder climates in the Northern hemisphere. Its packed with antioxidants and healing properties. Chaga is rich in vitamins A, B, C, D and E as well as minerals such as manganese, iron, calcium, zinc and selenium. It’s one of the best sources of betulinic acid which is known to kill cancer cells on contact. It’s also rich in beta-glucans which can dramatically strengthen the immune system. Chaga also contains the highest level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the world . SOD is an enzyme that promotes the breakdown of free radicals.
Chaga strengthens the liver and adrenals and balances the entire endocrine system. The phytochemical compounds found in Chaga also gently detoxify the liver and break down and dissolve biofilm (a jelly like substance that’s a by-product of certain viruses and fungi).
Chaga has a rich, earthy, coffee like flavor and can be purchased in powder form. Combine it with hot water to make a tea or almond milk and honey to make a latte.
Colloidal Silver: Antiviral, Antibiotic, Anti-Mold, Anti-Fungal, Anti-Yeast
Colloidal silver has been used medicinally for thousands of years. It was used in ancient India, Egypt and Greece, where Hippocrates wrote about silver’s healing and anti-disease properties in his medical texts. Prior to refrigeration, pure silver coins were used to prevent milk from spoiling and pure silver spoons were used to kill pathogens in food. In fact, prior to the advent of antibiotics in the 1940’s, colloidal silver was the preferred choice of physicians for treating infections.
Silver is a trace mineral, that up until 100 years ago was found in our food. Unfortunately, our soils today are depleted of trace minerals. While we may not be receiving this important trace mineral through our diet, we can supplement with it in the form of colloidal silver.
Colloidal silver consists of tiny nano sized particles of silver suspended in water. The smaller the particle of silver the better, as they can easily enter into the cells of pathogens disrupting their respiration process. When in the presence of silver, it is simply not possible for single cell pathogens such as viruses and bacteria to live.
Colloidal silver can be used both internally and externally. Colloidal silver gel works great for cuts and wounds as well as infections of the skin.
Elderberry: Antiviral, Antibacterial
Elderberries are the dark blue berries of the European elder tree. They have been used medicinally for thousands of years. They are a storehouse for nutrition, as they are rich in antioxidants, amino acids, potassium, trace minerals, Vitamins A, B and C (they contain more vitamin C than oranges). They also happen to be a powerful antiviral and antibiotic. They contain special proteins and bioflavonoids that have the ability to destroy viruses on contact. They also significantly enhance immune function by boosting the production of cytokines in the body.
Elderberries are especially beneficial for bronchial and respiratory problems and can help loosen and expel congestion in the lungs.
Sambucol, a type of elderberry extract, has potent antioxidant abilities that have been shown to increase the production of lymphocytes (immune cells) which are needed to fight off infection.
Goldenseal Root: Antibacterial, Anti-Fungal, Anti-Microbial
Goldenseal root is a popular herb from North America that works as a powerful antibiotic and immune system enhancer. It is said to increase the effectiveness of other herbs and medicines by working with them synergistically and is regularly combined with echinacea, an herb associated with increasing the immune system.
Studies have shown goldenseal’s ability to outperform pharmaceutical antibiotics in combatting bacterial infections. It is particularly effective at treating infections of the mucous membranes such as sinus, respiratory, mouth, throat, intestinal, stomach, bladder, yeast and urinary tract infections.
Goldenseal is an essential herb during cold and flu season as it is can help prevent and relieve symptoms of colds, flu, fevers, bronchitis and pneumonia. It is a natural expectorant which means it relieves congestion and expels excess mucus from the body.
Some added benefits of goldenseal is it helps to increase digestive enzymes and significantly enhances liver and spleen functions making it very helpful for those with digestive issues. It’s also a great source of vitamins A,C,E and B-Complex as well as the minerals calcium, iron and manganese.
Used externally, goldenseal creams and ointments are very effective at treating eczema, ringworm, boils, cuts and rashes.
Note: Goldenseal should be used be used for no more than two weeks at a time in order to maintain its effectiveness in the body.
Iodine: Antiviral, Antibacterial
Iodine is a trace mineral that our immune systems rely on to function. It is also a natural anti-septic that repels viruses and bacteria and protects the body from radiation.
The best way to supplement with iodine is with Atlantic sea vegetables such as dulse and kelp. Iodine can also be found in spirulina, leafy greens (including mache, arugula, spinach, romaine, red leaf and butter lettuces) as well as sprouts, micro greens, parsley and dandelion. If you are eating these foods regularly you should be obtaining plenty of iodine.
If you want to add a supplemental form of iodine, use a high quality form of nascent iodine. It’s extremely important to start slow with it and not take too much as your body can have a detox reaction. Iodine, fluoride and bromide have similar receptor sites and fluoride and bromide will be released from the body as you introduce iodine. If too much iodine is introduced at once, your body can become overloaded with fluoride and bromide, causing it to be released through your skin and creating undesirable skin reactions. It can also cause anaphylactic shock in extreme cases.
Lemon Balm: Antiviral, Antibacterial, Anti-Parasitic
Dubbed the “Elixir of Life” by 15th century Swiss physician, Paracelsus; lemon balm has been popular throughout history for its ability to renew youth and increase longevity. It is said that King Louis XIV’s personal physician, Lesebure, was so enamored by the rejuvenating properties of Paracelsus’s lemon balm elixir, known as Primum Ens Melissae, that he would test it on the the staff and chickens of Versailles. The 13th century, Prince Llewellyn of Glamorgan, lived to 108 and was purported to have drank lemon balm tea everyday. As well as, Englishman, John Hussey, who drank lemon balm tea with honey every morning for 50 years and lived to 116.
The lemon flavored herb, also known as Melissa, is a member of the mint family. It has very soothing properties and is excellent at calming the nerves (especially those involved with digestion) as well as decreasing stress and anxiety. In fact, it’s one of the most powerful anti-anxiety herbs. This is partly due to its ability to increase brain levels of the neurotransmitter GABA, which has an effect on mood regulation. Its mood lifting abilities are also very beneficial in treating mild depression. The emperor, Charlemagne so loved lemon balm for its calming effect that he required every monastery to plant the heal-all herb.
In Europe it is used to treat thyroid problems and has shown an ability to regulate thyroid hormone production. This is due to its potent antiviral properties which fight Epstein-Bar virus, the cause of most thyroid issues and many other mystery illnesses such as chronic fatigue syndrome, according to Anthony William, the Medical Medium. William says, it’s also amazing at fighting other herpetic viruses such as shingles and HHV-6, and tonsillitis, which is inflammation caused by strep bacteria. Lemon balm reduces bladder inflammation which makes it perfect for alleviating interstitial cystitis and urinary tract infections, also caused by strep. Some added benefits of lemon balm include its ability to detoxify the liver, spleen and kidneys. It’s also extremely high in trace minerals such as boron, manganese, copper, chromium, molybdenum, selenium and iron, as well as the macro mineral silica. And it has the incredible ability to monitor your stores of B12 and prevent your body from using it all up. This is extremely beneficial as most people are deficient in B12.
L-lysine: Antiviral
L-lysine is an essential amino acid that inhibits and reduces viral infections by impairing the ability of viral cells to move and reproduce. Viruses hate lysine. Medical Medium describes L-lysine as “the powder that comes out of a fire extinguisher—a viral retardant that deters viruses from proliferating”.
While it’s a popular solution for fighting the Herpes Simplex virus that causes cold sores, it also destroys all of the herpetic family viruses that are responsible for literally hundreds of chronic symptoms and illnesses.
L-lysine is a powerful weapon against: canker sores, cold sores, other mouth and tongue sores, chronic fatigue, cancer, eczema, multiple sclerosis, migraines, colitis, autoimmune conditions, insomnia, hot flashes, thyroid problems, aches and pains, rheumatoid arthritis, weight struggles, eye floaters, tingles, numbness, dizziness, burning pain, frozen shoulder, heart palpitations, fibromyalgia, Lyme disease, goiters, twitches, muscle spasms, Raynaud’s Syndrome, psoriasis, sarcoidosis, diminishing vision, Parkinson’s, ALS, neuropathy, joint pain and more. Medical Medium says that all of these conditions and symptoms are caused by viruses.
Monolaurin: Antiviral, Antibacterial, Anti-fungal, Anti-Yeast
Derived from lauric acid, a medium-chain fatty acid found in coconut oil, monolaurin is also found in breast milk. In 1966, Dr. Jon Kabara discovered monolaurin when he was studying the unique properties of breastmilk. He wondered how it was possible for the milk to stay bacteria free once it was outside of the body and found that breastmilk contained a unique compound called monolaurin. Monolaurin is a powerful anti-microbial that works by disrupting the lipid membranes of pathogens.
While our bodies convert lauric acid into monolaurin, the amount metabolized by our bodies is believed to be relatively low and therapeutic doses are better obtained through supplemental form.
The Medical Medium takes monolaurin daily as part of his supplemental regime to keep bacteria and viruses at bay.
Olive Leaf Extract: Antiviral, Antibacterial, Anti-Fungal, Anti-Parasitic, Anti-Mold Anti-Yeast
The first known record of olive leaf extract comes from ancient Egypt, where its antimicrobial oils were used to mummify kings. The Mediterranean olive tree produces these antimicrobial compounds in order to defend itself against bacteria, fungi, parasites and insects. In fact olive leaf is a diet staple in many Mediterranean cultures that have a low incidence of viruses, cancers and heart conditions.
The star component of olive leaf extract is the powerful phytochemical, Oleuropein. Oleuropein is whats’s responsible for that slightly spicy, pungent flavor found in high quality extra-virgin olive oil. Oleuropein contains potent antibacterial and antiviral properties and has incredible energy boosting abilities. I noticed the energy boost almost immediately after taking just one capsule of olive leaf extract. In fact, some people take olive leaf extract strictly for the energy boost. It’s that good.
Olive leaf contains the bioflavonoids rutin, luteolin and hesperidin, which all have antioxidant properties and work synergistically with Oleuropein to enhance its benefits. Olive leaf extract also contains the polyphenol Hydroxytyrosol, which is one of the most powerful antioxidants and has 10 times the antioxidant power of green tea and 4 times that of vitamin C. It also happens to be the only polyphenol which is able to cross the blood brain barrier, which allows it to scavenge free radicals in the nervous system. Tyrosol is another antioxidant found in olive leaf which focuses on protecting the cells from oxidative injury.
Olive leaf extract not only knocks out infections by killing pathogens but by strengthening the immune system as well. Olive leaf extract stimulates phagocytosis, the process by which cells called phagocytes engulf and destroy harmful foreign invaders. And unlike pharmaceutical antibiotics, olive leaf extract selectively targets bad bacteria without harming beneficial bacteria.
Raw Honey: Antiviral, Antibiotic, Anti-Fungal, Anti-Parasitic, Anti-Cancer
Raw honey is a powerful antibiotic, antiviral, anti-parasitic, anti-fungal and anti-cancer agent. Bacteria cannot live in the presence of honey. In fact, 3,000 year old vessels of honey discovered in ancient Egyptian tombs are still edible today. This is partially due to the hydrogen peroxide present. Honey is also extremely acidic with a pH ranging from 3-4.5. That kind of acid will kill off almost any pathogen. Its hydroscopic nature removes water molecules from bacteria which causes them to shrivel up and die. But the vast majority of honey’s antibacterial properties come from the defensin-1 protein that is a part of the honey bee immune system and gets added to the honey.
Raw honey also contains anti-cancerous phytochemicals that when drawn into cancerous tumors and cysts, stops cancer in its tracks.
For a super strength honey, try Manuka honey. Manuka honey contains an additional non peroxide component known as methylglyoxal. It makes honey vastly more powerful at fighting bacteria. So powerful that researchers have devised a special rating system (UMF) used to determine the honey’s therapeutic value. When purchasing Manuka, choose a jar with a UMF of 16+ or higher for maximum benefits.
Raw Garlic: Antiviral, Antibiotic, Anti-Fungal, Anti-Mold, Anti-Parasitic, Anti-Cancer
Raw garlic is one of the world's oldest medicines. This incredibly potent spice can fend off a variety of illnesses due to its strong antibiotic, antiviral, anti-fungal, anti-mold, anti-parasitic and anti-cancer properties. In fact, raw garlic is so potent that just one crushed clove contains the antibiotic equivalent of 100,000 units of penicillin and it has been proven to be more effective than both penicillin and tetracycline in suppressing certain types of bacterias.
Raw garlic has a high level of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C and B-6 as well as the minerals selenium, calcium and iron. It’s great for ridding the lymphatic system of toxins and it can also help the body to eliminate lead and other toxic heavy metals. It is an especially good remedy for removing worms and parasites from the colon.
If you feel like you are coming down with something, try eating 1-4 cloves of garlic a day by adding it to guacamole, salad dressings or crushing it on toast with a bit of olive oil and pink salt.
Vitamin C: Antiviral, Antibacterial, Antimicrobial
Vitamin C, as Ester-C, sticks and clings to viral cells, slightly dissolving the cells and breaking down their sheath. It also strengthens the entire immune system, especially the killer cells that go after viruses, bacteria, yeast, mold and fungus.
Rose hips contains the most bio-identical, bioavailable form of vitamin C in existence. Rose hips tea taken with supplemental vitamin C will actually activate the supplemental form of it, making it stronger. Vimergy Ester-C is a high quality Ester-C that contains rose hips.
At the first sign of a cold or flu try Medical Medium’s “Vitamin C Shock Therapy”
Instructions: Open two capsules of Ester-C and pour the powder into 1 cup of warm water. Add 2 teaspoons of raw honey and the juice of one freshly squeezed orange. Drink every two hours.
Zinc: Antiviral, Antibacterial, Anti-Microbial
Zinc is a critical trace mineral that almost everyone is deficient in. Today there is a lack of zinc in the food we eat plus our bodies use up our zinc reserves at a rapid rate due to the onslaught of viruses, bacteria and other pathogens our bodies have to deal with. Zinc is one of the most important tools to fight viruses. Not only does it kill viral cells, it lowers inflammatory reactions to neurotoxins produced by viruses. It also gives a major boost to the immune system by strengthening white blood cells.
Zinc deficiency is directly responsible for nail problems like weak and brittle nails, ridges and missing moons on the nails. If you have any of these conditions and are already supplementing with zinc, it would be beneficial to get your zinc levels checked. If you allow yourself to become zinc deficient, it gives viruses the perfect chance to take advantage of a weakened immune system.
If you feel like you are coming down with a cold or the flu, Medical Medium recommends “Zinc Shock Therapy”. It’s important to start this at the first sign of a cold or flu developing.
Instructions: Using a high quality liquid zinc sulfate, squirt two dropperfuls of zinc into your throat, let it sit there for a minute and then swallow the zinc. Three hours later, squirt another two dropperfuls into your throat and let it sit there again for a minute before swallowing. Repeat every three waking hours for two days.
While there are many varieties of zinc, not all zinc is the same. It’s important to supplement with high quality liquid ionic zinc, such as liquid zinc sulfate. Make sure it’s free of toxic ingredients such as citric acid, natural flavors and alcohol.

Tips:
When using herbal tinctures, make sure they are alcohol free. Alcohol in herbal tinctures nullifies the supplement’s beneficial elements.
Anthony William's Medical Medium Supplement page is an excellent resource for supplements. William provides links to all of the highest quality supplements that can be purchased online.
Essential Oils
Essential oils are the volatile liquid obtained from plants through steam distillation. In essence, essential oils are herbs at their highest potency. These super herbs are not just stronger but faster acting as well.
While traditional herbs take 12-15 hours to reach the cells, essential oils are in every cell within 20 minutes. A fever, for example, can be normalized with a few drops of peppermint oil in the navel in less than 15 minutes. No herbal capsule can do that.
One essential oil that everyone should have in their arsenal is Young Living’s Thieves oil. Thieves is is a blend of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus Radiata and Rosemary Officinalis.
Dr. Gary Young created this essential oil blend after doing research at the British Museum Library and reading various articles about a group of men, who during the bubonic plague, were going among the dying and dead, looting their homes and stealing their bodies. The king at the time ordered these men to be arrested. He figured if he could capture them he might find out the secret to their strong immune systems. As they were captured, the king discovered that they were perfumers and spice traders and their secret was very simple; they massaged their bodies daily with herbs and oils, mainly cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and rosemary.
Clove: Antiviral, Antibacterial, Anti-Fungal, Anti-Mold, Antiseptic
Clove is one of the most antimicrobial and antiseptic of all essential oils. It is said that the people of the Indonesian island of Ternate were free from epidemics until the 16th century when Dutch conquerors destroyed the clove trees that flourished on the island.
Clove protects against liver damage, thins the blood and increases circulation and immune function. It also completely annihilates toxic mold. Clove also has the amazing ability to penetrate cell biofilm. During an infection, pathogenic bacteria and their by-products can gang up and form complex layers of bacterial cells and secreted metabolites that are tough to eradicate with antibiotics. The jelly like film encapsulates cells and prevents anything from entering the cell. Cloves are actually able to penetrate this biofilm and reach the cell.
Lemon: Antiviral, Antibacterial, Antiseptic, Anti-Cancer
Lemons are known to destroy putrefactive bacteria in the mouth and intestines which can help alleviate flatulence, indigestion and constipation. They contain a compound called limonene which is used to dissolve gallstones and kidney stones and can help fight oral, lung, skin, breast, stomach and colon cancer. Lemons are also rich in bioflavonoids which can significantly boost the immune system and reduce inflammation within the body. Lemons are beneficial for increasing circulation and lymphatic function.
According to Jean Valet, M.D., diffusing lemon essential oil can kill meningococcus bacteria in 15 minutes, typhoid bacilli in one hour, Staphylococcus aureus in two hours and Pneumococcus bacteria within three hours. Even a 0.2% solution of lemon essential oil can kill diphtheria bacteria in 20 minutes and inactivate tuberculosis bacteria.
Cinnamon: Antiviral, Antibacterial, Antifungal, Antiseptic
Cinnamon is one of the most powerful antiseptics known. According to the International Journal of Food Microbiology, cinnamon essential oil in small amounts of .025%, reduces E.coli in only 2 hours, from 10,000,000 to 30,000 count.
Eucalyptus Radiata: Antiviral, Antibacterial, Anti-Fungal, Antimicrobial
Eucalyptus oil acts as a decongestant and expectorant for loosening phlegm and easing congestion. Eucalyptus is also great for relieving respiratory ailments and conditions such as sore throats, sinusitis and bronchitis.
Eucalyptus Radiata is used more specifically for viruses while Eucalyptus Globulus is used more for bacteria.
Rosemary Officinalis: Antiviral, Antibiotic, Antiseptic
Rosemary is an antiseptic, antimicrobial, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, disinfectant, aphrodisiac and expectorant. It’s high in cineol, which is a key ingredient in antiseptic drugs. It’s oils contain properties that work similarly to anti-histamines making it very beneficial for conditions such as asthma and chronic migraines. It’s also great for respiratory ailments, strengthening digestion and improving circulation. It has the ability to stimulate memory, improve concentration and overcome mental fatigue by increasing blood flow to the head and brain. It’s also known to alleviate depression and sadness as well as anxiety brought on by stress.
Instructions for applying Thieves:
Apply undiluted to the bottom of feet; the oil will then travel to every cell in the body within 20 minutes. For any other part of the body, dilute with a carrier oil 1:4.
Thieves can also be diffused. It’s probably one of the most powerful tools against mold. If you have a mold problem in your home, Thieves will wipe it out. It’s also very effective against other airborne micro organisms. Within the first 3 minutes of diffusing Thieves, bacteria starts to die, taking up to 12 minutes for some bacteria to completely die off.
Essential Oils Effective At Fighting Infections:
Single Oils: Oregano, Thyme, Cinnamon, Mountain Savory, Lemon, Rosewood, Melaleuca, Clove, Ravensara, and Eucalyptus Radiata
Blends: Thieves, Exodus II, ImmuPower, Melrose, Inspiration, and Sacred Mountain
Dr. Terry Friedman’s Antimicrobial Formula for Treating the Flu:
Using Young Living essential oils, place the following in a “00” capsule:
12 drops of Thieves
6 drops of Oregano
2 drops Frankincense
At the first sign of the flu, take one capsule every four hours for three days. And then one capsule every 8 hours for four to six days.
This is very powerful so don’t just use it for a cold. This formula should not be used on children under 12 or on pregnant women. Ages 12-17 use one half of the above formula.
Dr. Gary Young’s Antibiotic Formula:
Put the following Young Living oils into a “00” capsule:
10 drops of Lemon
8 drops of Mountain Savory
3 drops of Oregano
Take one capsule 1-3 times a daily.
Note: Young Living essential oils are the highest quality essential oils. All of the blends I have recommended are Young Living.
